For years airproxes in general aviation have been the occurrence type most investigated by the Dutch Safety Board. It is therefore not surprising that the Dutch Safety Board has launched a thematic investigation into airproxes in general avaition. An airprox can potentially endanger the safety of pilots and occupants. The goal is to find similarities and to learn from it to improve safety. The Board announces the theme investigation in its Quaterly Aviation Report Q4 2023.
