Crisis management
A crisis usually involves many administrative and operational parties. How did the individuals, organizations and institutions involved respond to an occurrence? When investigating crisis management, the Dutch Safety Board not only looks at the actual actions of parties, but also at the way in which they had prepared for crises and accidents.
Investigations may include situations
- in which the safety of people is directly affected in an incident or
- that could have or have had a major impact on society.
