The Dutch Safety Board can investigate topics related to health. The Safety Board pays particular attention to circumstances in which citizens depend on others for their safety.
Examples of topics include:
- the crisis management of a pandemic, such as COVID-19
- the safety of patients and their environment
- food safety and
- continuous deployment of organizations such as hospitals.
