Near collision during taxi, Boeing 737-800,EC-LTM and tow combination

By misinterpretation of the taxi clearance from the ground controller, the crew of the Boeing made a wrong turn. The Boeing 737 then drove in front of an aircraft under tow. The driver of the tug vehicle had to brake abruptly to avoid a collision. The distance between the two aircraft narrowed to approximately 40 metres.
