Ethylene leakage, DOW Chemical Terneuzen

On 16 May 2021, approximately 40 tons of ethylene escaped at DOW Chemical Terneuzen. Due to the extent of the leakage, this incident falls within the scope of the Dutch Safety Board's mandatory investigation remit.
