Shipping Occurences Report July 2022 – December 2022

In the 15th edition the Shipping Occurrences Report will be focusing attention on inland shipping and sea shipping. The Safety Board also initiated a thematic investigation and a follow-up investigation within the shipping sector. In this follow-up investigation, the Safety Board will consider the extent to which recommendations made in a previous investigation have been followed up on, but also the way in which previous recommendations were formulated and conveyed, and what learning opportunities the Safety Board itself can take from this.
