Foundering of a French scallop dredger after presumable collission with a Dutch cargo vessel
On april 8th, 2013, the scallop dredger LOÏC-LUCAS has foundered after a presumable collision with the Dutch cargo vessel AMBASSADEUR in the English Channel.
BEAmer (Bureau d'enquêtes sur les évènements de mer) has investigated the foundering and published a report.
