Emergency landing in sea, AS322L2 Search and rescue helicopter, North Sea near Den Helder

On 21st November 2006 at 23.28 hrs an Eurocopter AS332L2 “Super Puma”, registration G-JSAR, helicopter made an emergency landing at the Noordzee, about ten nautical miles Northwest of Den Helder. The four crew members and thirteen passengers were rescued after one hour and brought a shore. One passegner was hospitalised for several hours because of hypothermia, the other passegners were not harmed.
