The Shipping Occurrences Report in brief
The Dutch Safety Board publishes a report twice a year with investigated shipping occurrences. These are serious and very serious occurrences involving or on board seagoing vessels in Dutch territorial waters. Investigating who is to blame or liable is expressly not a part of the investigation by the Dutch Safety Board.
