Runway excursion, Boeing 747, 1 October 2014

During an instrument approach on runway 18R in IMC conditions. The aircraft made a safe landing on the runway and followed the runway centreline without any difficulties. During manual braking, the aircraft deviated to the right of the centreline. Evasive actions taken by the flight crew had no effect on the trajectory of the aircraft. The aircraft came to stop with its nose wheel off the paved surface on right hand side of the runway.
