Loss of separation during parallel approach, Boeing 737, Airbus A330, 13 November 2012

Runways 18C and 18R were in use for landing at Schiphol Airport and parallel approaches were made. A Boeing 737 and an Airbus A330 turned in at the same time for the final approaches for these runways and subsequently a loss of separation took place. Both flights were continued without particulars and both aircraft made a normal landing.
