A passenger was injured while boarding a hot air balloon on July 13 2023. The passenger was trying to enter the basket from the side via the boarding holes. At that moment, an unexpected gust of wind caused a sideways tilt of the basket. The passenger was overcome by this, lost her balance and fell. In the process, she was injured.
