Go-around on runway 18C in conjunction with departing traffic from runway 24

An Airbus A320 got permission to land on runway 18C, but performed a go-around at a late stage of the final approach. At that point, an Embraer E190 had commenced take-off from runway 24. Go-arounds from runway 18C and starts from runway 24 involve conflicting departure routes.
