Engine failure Boeing 777-300, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

A Boeing 777 took off from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol when shortly after lift off the left hand engine failed accompanied by flashes. The pilots shut down the left hand engine. After having jettisoned fuel above the North Sea, the aircraft returned to Schiphol and landed uneventfully.
